"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

What builds the most muscle mass the positive or the negative part of a exercise ?
If you have a machine where the positive part of a exercise gets harder but the negative part gets easier will this make any difference in gaining muscle mass ?

Thanks

ICS,

The negative.

I suggest reading the Nautilus Bulletins, which can be found online at http://www.exercisecertificati... and http://www.exercisecertificati...

I believe Arthur discusses this in there. If not, it is probably in his Iron Man articles, which can be found online at Cyber pump
