I'm sad to report that Arthur Jones, the inventor of Nautilus and MedX equipment, passed away this morning (August 28th) at 4:40 AM. He had been in poor health over the last year.
Jones was a master teacher to me, as well as a great friend. I hope his training ideas continue to inspire many people.

Jones is, indeed, a legend. His ideas have, no doubt, inspired and educated countless trainees including myself over the years.
I am sorry to hear of his passing - he'll be missed.

But he is and will be with us due to his writings and not the least, due to the stories especially you tell, Ellington.

The true value of a man is only known after he is gone and in Mr Jones' case it is like losing all the treasures in this world.
I never met him, but in so many ways my personality and ideas about life were shaped just by reading about him.

The news hit me like a thunderbolt. I was just reading the book Crocodile Trader this morning and was so thrilled to have reached the part about Arthur. Then the phone rang and the news. I just spoke to him last Thursday and found him in good spirits as I asked him about the book. He said it was good, and as always - I felt good just talking to him. Jesus, I really liked that guy - he was like family to me. This friend - legend will live on in my mind. I will sorely miss him!
