Dr Darden,

Did you gather in performance based data on Chris other than what he lifted. For example, did you test things like 40 time, vertical jump, etc.

I thought one of the best things Nautilus used for advertising in the early days was the performance based data, especially for athletes and coaches considering Nautilus. I still remember some of it, "Lou Ross of the Buffalo Bills added 20 Pounds to his 6 foot, 7 inch frame, cut a full two-tenths from his already fast time in the 40 yard dash, added five and one-half inches to his high jump, and doubled his strength in many areas of movement."

I recently finished THE NEW HIT BOOK. GOOD STUFF! I have been doing HvT for 35 yrs but I am giving HIT a try before I get my 16 yr old son on the program. He has been doing Hvt for almost two years. I have a little concern about him doing HIT workout during wrestling season. He is in 10th grade and has practice 6 days a week with tournaments and matches starting in about three weeks. How many HIT routines should he do a week. Looking forward to tour response. ps-He also has to drop 3 or 4 lbs. Practice started on 17 Nov.

was just wondering on ur opinion, im 16 i do a 5 day workout routine doing 2 muscles per day (chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders, legs/abs, rest day) and intake my body weights worth of protien with around 1500 calories
at the moment i weigh 158.7pounds and em about 6 foot 1
wanted to know ur opinion on what i should do differently or em i on the right track to gaining weight
i don't wanna be too massive just big enough for footy season
