I do not know how I got my copy before Jan 9, 2009, but I'm not giving my copy back!

Marcrph, you have not once refuted anything I say on training, so what would I call you ??? Someone that is not willing to work hard, and is still searching for another easy routine to make him grow a little. If you understood what I was taking about, you would know how to use a good program, and you would grow stronger and bigger.

But you do not understand, thus you but a book that will say the same old thing, you will have you doing say ??? 10 reps at 2/4, then 15 reps at 10/5, then 5 reps at 4/4, and you will fall for it and think aging you have hit the Holy Grail.

The book after reading the little on what he write before, should be called,

Body By Mythology folklore training, for those that put science behind them, and think and still try and fatigue the slow muscle fibers, which have very little potential for growth, and in doing long draw out slow girly whirly slow reps, thus anaerobic, endurance reps, when they should be concentrating on the fast muscle finer, these have huge potential for growth.

I bet you think the that rumour that peter pan is going to marry Betty Boop is true, Hey maybe Mr FLIBBLE, and Mr Punch could go bridesmaids, hell why do you not invite the whole gang, Dr Who, Tom and Jerry, batmen, Star Trek (7 of 9 in mine) Thunderbirds, bill and bed the follower pot men, Starscky and Hutch, Starsky and Hutch, Monty python, Mickey Mouse, Popeye, and Top Cat and the gang, as you have all got something in common, you will believe anything but science.

To call me a Joker, you need to refute something, and of yet neither you nor anyone else has, so the best way for you to gain any strength and size from that book, is to try and rip it up.

This whole thing it like fantasy treys to meet reality, but you fail miserably.

As I said to someone else the other day, its tuff being wrong, but the faster you admit it, the faster you will start growing and enjoy training again.

If someone preaches fast rep speed, just tell them to read Chapter 3!

Before the fast reppers start flinging rebuttals, note that I will not debate rep speed with you or anyone else!

I don't understand why anyone who doesn't believe the HIT philosophy bother to post here. It makes you wonder what people's agenda's are that post to this site and don't believe in HIT. You'd think that they would spend their time doing something that was productive.

That is the last thing I want to do, my aim is to help people.

If I wanted to disrupt threads, I would name call like you and the others do. If you note, not once have I started any of these silly debates, not once have I used and bad words, or been rude or crude, now have I ???

I just visited John Little's site to see what this is all about, and on there is written his opinion that one should exercise between 10-60sec per week!

He's joking, right?

2-3 times per week for 30min is one thing, but come on... this is getting ridiculous.

As one who has been looking heavily into the research behind rep speed, I am curious about what is said in chapter 3. Can anyone give a brief summary? No debate needed.

It's the ultimate in training, mind over body: THINK about training for less than a minute per week and you'll grow.

What does an example workout look like?

I read in the preview that on the leg press an example trainee took 4 minutes? Does he do a warm up set or super slow? Seems like a long time. IF i did 12 reps at 4/4 thats just over 1 and half minutes. Thanks.

If you are really curious about chapter 3, you will buy the book. A real professor would have enough money for that purpose!
