"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."
This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

" Police in Glasgow are investigating the deaths of a family of four
after apparently dying of excessive methane inhalation. Police were
called in after a relative voiced concern over the lack of
communication in recent days. Police have confirmed that the family
were vegans and suspect that their diets caused and excessive level of
methane build up within the small family home which was poorly
ventilated and has been suspected of being part of the problem.
Officers forced their way into the house and reported a strong smell of
methane upon entering, further investigation revealed a large amount of
vegan foods within the home alongside numerous vegan themed magazines.
Co workers of the victims said that the family looked emaciated and had
a look as if they were to be cast as extras in films regarding WW2s
concentration camps, some reported that the family were always very
flatulent and would openly break wind in front of others.
Health experts have warned that vegan diets are extremely bad for you
due to a lack of protein and animal fats which help to repair the
bodies muscle tissue. Police have warned locals in the area that if
they are to take up veganism that they must make sure the windows are
open at night and that the house is too be well ventilated."

I have a relative who is what I call a veggie nut. For breakfast he might eat 10 oranges and at lunch 10 banana's and nothing else.He also juices everything and drinks huge volumes or carrot and celery etc juice daily.
When he would come to visit he would be visiting the bathroom very often and would go through loads of toilet paper each visit so I can only guess that he also emits loads of farts/methane gas.
Pretty funny that a fart is the only "horror of veganism Turpin could find lol
Scott, vegan says what is not eaten, not what is. What is included is just as important as what iss excluded from the food selection.
I don't go off the deep end juicing everything, eating only tons of fruit, only "raw" veggies etc.
BTW, thaats a "fruititarian". a person who eats only fruit.
I eat a scientific natural whole unprocessed plant-based diet.
I know a vegan that eats lots of potato chips and processed boxed "vegan" products. thats not healthy. they can call themselves a vegan but they are not a vegan in the truer sense of the meaning. see what i mean?

Oh this guy eats his share of nuts and other vegetables as well. Once we were camping out and all he had for dinner were 5 large baked potatoes with no butter or anything else. Yum yum...He may not be a vegan in the true sense but is a nut in the true sense.

I haven't eaten meat, fish or dairy for forty years or more and I NEVER fart.
The only problem I have is apparently an olfactory one.
I rather be water-boarded than go vegan for even a month.lol. That is some discipline you got there.wow.
Most of the world?s excess weight can be found in the U.S. The average weight of an adult anywhere in the world is about 137 lbs., but the average weight of an adult in the U.S. is 178 lbss, according to the new study by researchers at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Also, consider this: while North America has only 6% of the world?s population, it accounts for 34% of the world?s weight due to obesity. In contrast, Asia has 61% of the world?s population, but 13% of its weight due to obesity.
