Is there anyone here interested in the results I get following dr Darden's 6 week Bowflex body plan? Looking to loose some fat before I bulk. I have various dumbbells and resistance bands and will mimic the routine and diet as closely as possible.

Go for it. especially interested in the fat loss part...

...BUT don't look to "bulk" when you're done. Try a smarter way of gaining mass (i.e. be patient).
