Did Hudlow use Super Slow reps from the very beginning while he was losing weight or did he start that later?
On Creatine did henuse that from the outset or was that later?
Hudlow's complete program was described and detailed in Chapters 24 through 28 in my book: "The New High Intensity Training."
Most of Hudlow's repetitions were performed in what I called slow speed, but not super slow. The ones done in true Super Slow Style are listed in Chapter 27.
