Women hit program


My girfriend just start to train HIT with me. My question, is there a sp?cial program for women or she should do the same as recomanded in the book " the New High intensity Training book".

The goal is strength and fat loss, not body building, more like fitness. Any book from Ellington or another HIT autor that you recomand for women???
